By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or enrolling in training with Made By Jade, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All content on this website is intended for general information and personal use only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use any material for commercial purposes without written permission from Made By Jade.

All appointments must be booked through the official booking system. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time to appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or cancellation of the appointment. Our rescheduling and cancellation policy is on our booking system. Missed appointments and lateness may result in an extra charge.

All deposits and payments made to Made By Jade are strictly non-refundable. This includes treatments, training courses, masterclasses, online courses, ebooks, digital products, payment plans and any related products. By purchasing or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Failure to attend an appointment, course, or masterclass will result in loss of payment. Please refer to our rescheduling policy on our booking system. Made By Jade reserves the right to refuse future bookings from clients who repeatedly cancel, fail to attend, or breach booking policies.

Due to the digital nature of ebooks, downloadable resources, and online training, all digital sales are final and completely non-refundable. Once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

All training materials, methods, manuals, videos, photos and educational content provided by Made By Jade remain intellectual property of the business. Students may not copy, share, reproduce, teach, sell or distribute any course content without written consent.

Certificates are only issued where course requirements and standards have been successfully completed. Made By Jade has the right to withhold the certification if a student demonstrates unsafe practice, incomplete work, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to meet required standards.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and contraindications prior to treatment. While every effort is made to provide treatments safely and professionally, results may vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Made By Jade accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions, complications, loss of earnings, business interruptions, dissatisfaction with results, or indirect losses arising from treatments, training, digital products, or website use. All services and information are used at the clients or students own risk.

All branding, logos, text, images, videos, grapgics, training content, course materials, and downloadable products on this website may not be copied or used without written content.

All gift vouchers have a 6 month lifespan and are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date.

Made By Jade is commited to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Any personal information collected through bookings, enquires, or purchases will be stored securely and will be used only for business purposes.
